- Technical Issues: If the service is completely non-functional due to technical problems on our end
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
- Unauthorized Transaction: If the payment was made without your authorization

Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind after using the service
- Dissatisfaction with service quality after extended use
- Failure to meet personal expectations
- Refund requests made after the refund period has expired
- Services that have been fully utilized or consumed

Total Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 14-21 business days from the date of request approval.
4. Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial purchase, provided less than 25% of the service has been used
- Annual Subscriptions: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase, provided less than 10% of the service has been used
- Pro-rated Refunds: After the initial refund period, refunds may be pro-rated based on unused service time, subject to our discretion
- Auto-Renewal Cancellation: Cancelling auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

- If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a credit to your TechyVia account or process via alternative methods

- If you've used a portion of the service but encountered issues
- If there was a pricing error that was corrected
- If you're eligible for a promotional discount that wasn't applied
- Partial refunds are calculated based on unused service time and are subject to our discretion
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately
- Dispute the chargeback with relevant documentation
- Pursue collection of any outstanding amounts
